Open Question: Need to find a film through utorrent which i downloaded accidently?

hey buddies...
Recently was downloading a movie with Utorrent say movie named A (movie name not mentioned) and while this was in process,i felt like checking the quality of print. So i opened the folder created by utorrent and copied the movie file (which not yet got fully downloded) and pasted it different place and played it. But amazingly i got a different movie played out of it with very excellent quality ( Say movie named B which i was eager to watch ). So i thot the uploader by mistake uploaded movie B instead A but was happy though bcz i eventually got top quality movie B. so waited till end and then once download completed ..i played the movie but it plated movie A itself and not B. So i understood something to do with tracker or something which am not aware about.Now the issue is i cant find movie B online with such an excellent quality...so is there a chance of finding the from where this movie B got downloaded initially when i accidentally played it. is this poosible ?
