Open Question: Where can I watch "Toy Story 1" online for free?

I am trying to find Toy Story 1 (1995) online to watch for free (streaming, not downloading the movie or plugins or other software).

I have found one site where they have it (Novamov) but the first 4 minutes of it are in German.
I have never seen the movie but it seems like its not actually part of the movie but rather dubbing.

Is there an English version somewhere out there?
