Open Question: Would comcast's economy internet service be appropriate for an apartment with three roommates?

So I'm having problems with my roommates that I won't go into, but it looks like I'm going to have to put our internet service into my name at least for a little while. I really don't have the money for it, but I can't move before the internet we have now is cancelled. I'm thinking that the only comcast package I'll be able to afford is the cheapest one, with 1 mbps download speed. So I'm wondering if that would be too slow in a hypothetical situation where all three of us are watching streaming video online (such as hulu or movies that stream online from netflix) at the same time.
